The container silent generator set is a power station developed through scientific design and advanced technologies in the fields of acoustics and aerodynamics. It can be configured with various models according to different usage environments. The rainproof generator set is mainly equipped with an outer cover to prevent rainwater from entering during rain. Even if used outdoors during rain, it can still operate normally. The generator set adopts a dedicated rainproof base, with a cover for rainproof above, equipped with a rainproof door, installed on the cover and connected to the lower part of the rainproof door for opening or closing the expansion rod of the rainproof door.

1. Sound insulation structure:

Due to the high requirements for sound insulation indicators of the generator soundproof box, the soundproof box is designed as a three-layer vibration isolation structure with two soundproof doors inside and outside. The outer shell of the soundproof box (the same as the inner shell) is composed of 2-3mm thick cold-rolled electrolytic steel plate and multi-layer damping soundproof material. The outer surface is coated with electrostatic spraying. The three shell layers are filled with soundproof boards, damping boards, environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton and other materials, and the inner layer is made of sound-absorbing module materials. The soundproof box door edge has a sealing gasket, and the box is equipped with product testing cable interfaces, etc.

2. Sound absorption and isolation structure:

a. The surface of the box is covered with 50-300mm thick large wave strong sound-absorbing cotton, which has a good sound-absorbing effect.

b. The bottom of the soundproof box is equipped with four dampers to reduce the impact of external vibration sources on the soundproof box.
